Visual C++ 2005的源代码

Code from the book is in the "57194 Code from the book" directory.

Descriptions and code for the solutions to the exercises are in the Word file. There are also separate source files in the "57194 Solutions to Exercises" directory organized by chapter. 

Note that not all chapters have exercises and not all solutions involve code. I have not included code for examples where all the code is generated automatically. I have not included the project and other ancillary files because they involve environmental dependencies. To use the source files in your own projects, you can either copy the source code to a file in your project or add the file to your project.
