SUMUTE - mute above user-defined polygonal line
sumute <stdin >stdout xmute= tmute= [ntaper=0]
Mute above t values obtained by linear interpolation from
the given (xmute, tmute) values.
Required parameters:
	xmute=		array of offset values
	tmute=		array of corresponding time values (sec)
Optional parameter:
	ntaper=0	number of points to taper before hard
			mute (sine squared taper)
Trace header fields accessed: dt, delrt, offset
Trace header fields modified: none
Note: the tmute interpolant is extrapolated to the left by
      the smallest time sample on the trace and to the right
	by the last value given in the tmute array.
