The tests in this directory ($SCALA_SRC/test/files/shootout) are based on Debian's programming language shootout

1) get their Scala files:

cvs -d :pserver:[e-mail]:/cvsroot/shootout login
cvs -d :pserver:[e-mail]:/cvsroot/shootout checkout shootout

find shootout/bench/ -iname *.scala -exec cp \{} $SCALA_SRC/test/files/shootout \;

2) Derive *.scala.runner files from the Makefiles in the shootout/bench/ subdirectories
 --> they supply the right arguments / input

3) scalatest combines the original *.scala files with the appropriate scala.runner file
