This add-on server for Protel 99SE PCB toggles the selection of all PCB objects.
Those already selected are deselected and those de-selected become selected.

Usual warnings apply: you use this server at you own risk.

Installation:
(follows usual method for manually installed servers)
1) Unzip .ins and .dll files to suitable folder.
2) in P99SE click on th edown arrow to left of File menu
3) click on Servers
4) right click in the server list and select Install..
5) navigate to the extracted .ins file and click OK.

The server is installed.  You can add it to a shortcut or menu using
the normal customisation methods.
The server is ToggleSelectionAll and the only process is ToggleSelectionAll.

There is one optional parameter.  If the parameter:
ConponentsOnly=true
is given then only components have their selection status toggled.

So to run this process you would enter:
ToggleSelectionAll|ToggleSelectionAll
in the process edit box of the Run Process... command or in any of the
Process edit boxes of the customisation dialogs. Optionally, you can 
restrict the toggling to components only by adding ConponentsOnly=true
to the parameters edit box.
