Write a Visopsys boot sector.

Usage:
  copy-boot <image> <disk>

The copy-boot command copies the named boot sector image to the named
physical disk.  Not useful to most users under normal circumstances.  It
is used, for example, by the installation program.  It could also be useful
in a system rescue situation.

Example:
  copy-boot /system/boot/bootsect.fat32 hd0
