This sample program makes a catesian and graph topology with 4 MPI
processes.

Use make to compile these programs.  Make will use mpic++ to compile
it:

       mpic++ -o cxx_topology cxx_topology.cc

This program is designed to be run with 4 MPI processes:

       mpirun -np 4 cxx_topology
