Demos for Tetramod and Viewer3

Please run the following demos by typing the name of the shell script
on the commandline.

Tetramod    Generates a 3D tetrahedrized sloth (1/wavespeed^2) model
Viewer3     Shows the model generated by Tetramod, with rays, wavefronts
            surface traveltimes given by the contents of the following
            parameter files:

Parameter files generated by "tetramod":
hzfile3.grid       horizon information (used only for display)
tetrafile3.tetra   tetrahedrized model (generated by tetramod)

Additional parameter files provided for the Viewer3 demo.
(don't remove these).
rayfile3.grid	   ray information
wffile3.grid	   wavefront surface information
sttfile3.grid	   surface traveltime information

and the control of the menu.
