 SUGAZMIG is a vanilla Gazdag phase shift migration program

 SUMIGPS is an an optimized phase shift migration code that takes
        ray bending into account.

 SUMIGPS runs about 3 times faster than SUGAZMIG and makes a cleaner
	    image for variable wavespeed migrations.
