Demo for Migration with topography.

Please note that you must run the demo shell scripts in the
Make_Data directory to generate the test data for this demo,
before you can run this demo.

To run the demo, execute each of the shell scripts in the order
listed by typing the name of the shell script on the commandline.

Unif2_mig		generate wavespeed profile for the migration
Smooth			smooth the wavespeed profile
Rayt2d_vxz		generate traveltime tables
SumigTOPO_offs		migrate with topographic corrections (one common
			offset section)
PSplot			plot a common-offset migrated section (PostScript)
Xplot			plot a common-offset migrated section (X-windows)
