<H2>Bokai Software Components License Agreement</H2>

<font color="#ff0000">By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using any Bokai software components, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.</font>

<H3>1. GRANT OF LICENSE</H3>

Users are allowed to use the trial versions of Bokai software components for evaluation
purposes only. 

<P>
For application <b>development</b> purposes, each license of Bokai software components allows 
you to use the software on one development computer.

<h4>Runtime Files</h4>
<P>
When used in a <b>server</b> environment, including web servers, Bokai software components 
are licensed on a per server machine basis, each license covering one server
machine, irrespective of the number of CPUs and the number of accessing clients.
Server machines in a <b>staging area</b> do not require separate licenses
as long as they do not serve as development machines at the same time.

<p>
When used in end-user <b>standalone/client applications</b> (explicitly excluded here are middleware, server 
software, utilties, programming tools and components), a single license gives you the right
to redistribute the runtime files along with your applications on a royalty-free basis, 
as long as your applications have significant added value.

<H3>2. LIMITED WARRANTY</H3>

Bokai Corporation makes no warranties, express or implied, and specifically 
disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any 
particular purpose. Bokai Corporation does not guarantee the accuracy
of its published information. In no event shall Bokai Corporation or its suppliers
be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages even if 
Bokai Corporation has been advised of the possibility of the same.

You must indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Bokai Corporation from and 
against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that result from 
the use or distribution of your software applications.
