<p align="justify"><font face="Century" size="2">In order to locate a particular
question to modify the screen first displays fields using which a search can be
performed and the desired question to be modified can be selected.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font face="Century" size="2"><b>Working of this screen</b></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font face="Century" size="2">First select the subject for which questions have to be
modified. Then enter some keywords which are contained in the question. More
than one keywords can be entered but must be separated by commas. Click on <b>
Search</b> button after selecting the subject and entering the keywords to
retrieve the questions. The results of the search are then displayed from among
which the particular question to be modified can be selected and double clicked.
Upon double clicking a new window/screen appears with the details of that
question which can then be changed as per requirements. Subject for the question
cannot be modified, other details such as question statement, answers can be
edited. After changing the details, click on <b>Confirm</b> button to confirm the
modification and return back to the previous screen, the <b>Modify Questions</b>
screen where after
completion of modification for all the desired questions, <b>Save </b>
button<b> </b>
is clicked to save the changes to the question bank. If <b>Cancel</b>
button is clicked, the modification operation is cancelled and control
goes back to the <b>Modify Questions</b> screen. </font> </p>
