Notes for EnhPi3 (Pi3Web Admin GUI)

This admin GUI runs as a seperate program to the server. Although
every attention to quality and detail has been taken with the server
that is not true of this simple admin GUI - the admin GUI can afford
to have some quirks, its only used occasionally, for a short period
of time and by an administrator. 

The HTTP server on the other hand cannot afford to cut the same corners.
