%OPTIMGET Get OPTIM OPTIONS parameters.
%   VAL = OPTIMGET(OPTIONS,'NAME') extracts the value of the named parameter
%   from optimization options structure OPTIONS, returning an empty matrix if

%   type only the leading characters that uniquely identify the
