DBZ V6.1 adds offset fuzzy technique to DBZ V6.0.
The offset fuzzy technique was first introduced in dbz-v3.3,
which is distributed only to inn-workers mailing list.
However, I feel that many sites are happy about v3.3 method.

The problem of DBZ V6 is that it requires too much RAM, probably
256 MB or more.  However, there are many sites running with small
machines.  My offset fuzzy technique uses only one table, the size
of which is almost same as the conventional dbz table.  But the
number of tagged hash bits are almost doubled.  The increase reduces
hash collision and improves the history performance significantly.

dbz-v6.1 is not compatible with inn-1.7.x or earlier versions.
It is intended for inn-1.8, the next INN release.  If you are
running inn-1.7 or earlier, please have a look at dbz-v3.3.1
from ftp.kigam.re.kr:pub/inn/kigam/dbz-v3.3.1.tar.gz.

How to install?
---------------

1. Replace your include/dbz.h and lib/dbz.c with the supplied files.
2. Apply support.patch0 and support.patch1.
   The support diffs are relative to inn-storage-snapshot-97110301.
3. make sure your config.data is OK.
4. make update
5. rebuild history DB
   % #stopnews # stop current innd.
   % cd ~/lib; makehistory -irs `wc -l history`
   % mv history.n.dir history.dir
   % mv history.n.pag history.pag
6. restart rc.news
