This is the end-user license for the Unix SafeTP client and server.
Version: 1.02
Date: 8/01/00

The Unix SafeTP client and server ("SafeTP") may be used, at no cost,
for any purpose, except those prohibited below.

The end user ("you") may not redistribute the source code, whether
modified or not.

You may not distribute compiled binaries, except those compiled from
unmodified source code retrieved directly from the SafeTP website.

You may not distribute anything under the name SafeTP.

You may not use the SafeTP source code in any way to create a product
that competes with SafeTP.


THIS SOFTWARE HAS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF
SOMEONE BREAKS INTO YOUR SYSTEM, EVEN IF SafeTP IS AT FAULT.
