2. You can distribute PCL in source form freely.

3. Use of PCL is free ONLY in non-commercial software (this
means freeware and shareware products).

4. If you make any modification in PCL source code (portability fixes,
patches etc) or in documentation, please send new version to the author.

5. The conditions of library use in commercial software should be
discussed in addition.
