If the value of the <i>who</i> argument is RUSAGE_SELF, information shall be returned about resourcesused by the current process. If the value of the <i>who</i> argument is RUSAGE_CHILDREN, information shall be returned aboutresources used by the terminated and waited-for children of the current process.
