Acura2_011002 	- modify the USB.c to cater for the data stage bit in the control function register
Acura2_071002 	- change the clear feature request routine to clear the buffer after stall condition
		  and icluded a clear buffer command after a DMA flush command was issue, This is
		  to clear the buffer and allow the endpoint to point to the next buffer
Acura2_E983 	- remove all APIO and UDMA routine.
AcuraII_131102 	- added the updated register and added buffer status bit to determine the
		  status of the endpoint FIFO before stalling or sending CSW to host
AcuraII_711B	- Remove the command detection to switch between PIO and MDMA, able to detect
		  which drive is connected and act according
AcuraII_091003	- added the manual PIO routine
AcuraII_191103	- added the modification for the chapter 8. Modify the suspend routine
		  with timer to wait for VBUS to discharge to determine the SOFTCT
		  modify the timer to stop once encounter setup or bus reset
