Copy InsertColor.dll to \RadASM\AddIns
then add:

x=InsertColor.dll,y

to [AddIns] section of RadASM.ini, replace x with next unused number.
Replace y with number:
    0 = off
    1 = with dialog
    2 = Quick insert (as hex to editor or clipboard)
