Simple

This is a basic radio-design, mostly to calibrate things without getting too
difficult. There are only two slots: a downlink slot with a synchronisation
signal, and an uplink-slot. All the other slots are empty.
 The MS tries to increase the rx-amplification up to the point where it
receives a signal. It then sends a couple of RACHs to the BS.
