SNR
===

 Transmits a prepared slot over the channel, so that we can do correct
measurements of the SNR. You should see about the same SNR both in
the modules "matched_filter" and "snr".


Things to do
------------

 You can set the "target_snr0" in the SCh-module by right-clicking on
it and chosing "Change Config". If you enter a different value than
'10', the BS will tell the MS to send with a different amplitude, which
will affect the SNR of the transmission.
 You can also do a "Plot XY" of the two SNRs, then change the "target_snr0"
and look whether the two are consistent.
