This module takes a complex input-stream and creates two output-streams,
one for the odd symbols, the other for the even symbols:

                         +-- 1 3 5 ... -> out 0
in: 0 1 2 3 4 5 ... -> --+
                         +-- 0 2 4 ... -> out 1
