         How to install and use TVicHW32.OCX in Borland Delphi 4.x
         =========================================================

TVicHW32 is installed by following the steps below:

  1) Create a directory for the TVicHW32 files, e.g., C:\HW

  2) Under Windows 95, copy the vichw00.vxd file to your
     Windows 95 system directory, e.g., C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

  3) Under Windows NT, copy the vichw00.sys file to your
     Windows NT drivers directory, e.g., C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS

  4) Install TVicHW32.ocx to the system with a 
     RegSvr32.exe utility (or by another other means):

     regsvr32.exe tvichw32.ocx     

  4) Run Delphi 4.x, choose:

     - Component
     - Import ActiveX control
     - choose "TVicHW32 ActiveX Control module"
     - click "Install" button
   
     TVicHW32 ActiveX control now have been installed to the "ActiveX" page
     of the component palette.

  12) Load, compile and run test example from the \OCX\DELPHI4\ directory
