         How to install and use TVicHW32.OCX in Visual Basic 5.0/6.0
         ===========================================================

TVicHW32 is designed for use with Microsoft Visual Basic 5.x/6.x and
is installed by following the steps below:

  1) Create a directory for the TVicHW32 files, e.g., C:\HW

  2) Under Windows 95, copy the vichw00.vxd file to your
     Windows 95 system directory, e.g., C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

  3) Under Windows NT, copy the vichw00.sys file to your
     Windows NT drivers directory, e.g., C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS

  4) Install TVicHW32.ocx to the system with a 
     RegSvr32.exe utility (or by another other means):

     regsvr32.exe tvichw32.ocx     

  5) Run VB, load project file from a \OCX\VB\ directory

  6) Right click to components palette and choose "Components..."

  7) Enable check box "TVicHW32 ActiveX Control module"

  8) Click OK

  9) Drop TVicHW32 control to the form

  10) Change "Name" field from "TVicHW321" to "HwCtrl"

  11) Install a hardware interrupt handler routine by double clicking
      to TVicHW32 icon

  12) Run test example. Note! It is better compile project to the native 
      *.exe and run  *outside* VB's IDE.
