a screen handling program to provide a flashing message. You will have to design a screen layout f

1  You should run this program as its't command:
   ./flash TIME  MESSAGE   
    there are 3 parameters in it's command line: A:flash; B:TIME(like"2"); 
    C:print message(as "Flash Message") 
    
eg: ./flash  2 "Flash Message" 

2  You can change the flash time through the command "Set the new flashtime:" 
   Input the new flash time and press ENTER,the program will continue to flash.

3  You can terminate the program by<ctrl>C to termination this window,and you
   can get the "Exit this program" message before shutdown this window.
