For Windows 2000
=====================
1.Right-click "My Computer" icon, select "Properties". 
2.Select the "Hardware" tab, and click the "Device Manager" button.
3.Right-click on the "Universal Serial Bus(USB) Controller" and select "Properties".
4.Click the "Driver" tab and click the "Update Driver" button then click "Next".
5.Select "Search for a suitable driver for my device" and click "Next".
6.Select "Specify a location" and click "Next".
7.Click "Browse" button and locate the directory:
  (your CDROM)\DevDrv\USB2.0\USB2_2K
8.Do as the system prompted to finish. 
 

For Windows XP
=====================
You should first install the QFE package, then install the USB 2.0 driver!

Install the QFE package:
1.Run (your CDROM)\DevDrv\USB2.0\Qfe\En\Q312370_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU.exe
2.When complete, select "Do not restart now" and click "Finish".

Install the USB 2.0 driver:
1.Right-click "My Computer" icon, select "Properties". 
2.Select the "Hardware" tab, and click the "Device Manager" button.
3.Right-click on the "Universal Serial Bus(USB) Controller" and select "Properties".
4.Click the "Driver" tab and click the "Update Driver" button.
5.Select "Install the software automatically" and click Next.
6.Do as the system prompted to finish. 

Restart the computer to make the driver effect.
