WriteHeader 

INPUT:

DESCRIPTION:
     This overwrites the header information of the corresponding trace
files in memory. The trace information is not overwritten.  This is useful
if one wishes to filter traces prior to picking arrival times, but only
want to save the arrival times and not the filtered traces.
