<font color=#000000>谢谢马老师的指导，我的程序是这样的，AVR初始化后主动拉低12864的RESET脚，延时后再拉高，然后对其使用初始化指令，就是设置Z地址和开显示而已，之后写入的显示内容就可以显示。每次开机都可以正常显示。对于速度问题，我试了，过快的操作12864，显示是不正常的。
<br>现在的问题是12864在受到干扰后，比如继电器通断时，我用接触器的线圈接线绕圈（仅1圈而已）的方式试过，每次都会使他不显示。那么当他不显示时，只要快速断通电源一次，CPU复位了，显示也好了，我用CPU控制定时拉低12864的RESET脚，之后执行与CPU复位时相同的初始化指令给12864，结果还是不能显示，而且正常时对12864进行复位，也会使他不显示，增加复位时间和复位后初始化指令之前的时间都没有效果。</font>

<font color=#000000>可能是复位延时的时间不够，我指的是复位低电平的延时时间和恢复高电平后的延时时间，我估计你在reset后过早地对LCD初始化了。你可以让两个电平时间都长一些，看看是否能正常复位LCD，如果可以了，在分别减少高低电平的时间，直到满意为止。</font>
