            align=left>　　2．电池控制板：笔记本电池中最关键的是控制电路，它不但要控制电池的充放电，例如在适当的时候开始和停止充电，把充放电电流控制在合适的范围内，还要承担电池状况的分析纪录（例如我们熟悉的电池容量显示和充放电次数纪录功能），以及承担电池的保护作用，在电池温度过高或者电流过大的时候切断电路。控制电路位于电芯和笔记本电脑主板之间，是一块工作原理和设计都很复杂的电路。主要分为两部分：一部分是在电池充放电时起到保护作用，为保护电路；另一部分作用为电池组与主机沟通时及电池使用的管理，叫做电池能源管理电路（Gas 
            gauge）。一般两部分都设计在一块电路板上。如果电池采用的是锂离子电池，那么两个电路都有；如果采用的是镍氢电池，那么只有电池能源管理电路，因为只有锂离子电池带保护电路，而镍氢电池不带。

            <P align=left>　　 A、NTC热敏电阻：常使用于镍氢电池组中，用来侦测电池组温度，作为充放电时的参考。 
            <BR><BR>　　 B、Thermostat温度开关：常用于镍氢电池组中，同样侦测电池组温度，作为强制保护电池异常的开关。 
            <BR><BR>　　 
            C、温度保险丝：这是作为电池的最后保护开关，如果当电池工作发生异常，如温度过高（一般设定为90－98度）或者电流过大，温度保险丝就会被烧断，电池组将不会再工作，从而保护电池组。 
            <BR><BR>　　 D、Poly switch限流开关：作为电流及温度过载的保护，普遍用于各种电池组中。 <BR><BR>　　 
            4．电池接口：电池与主机接触部位常见的为6－8个金属片接口，上边都应该有标记，例如——T T I 
            I＋＋，这上边有电流传输接口，还有电源控制线路接口。 <BR><BR>　　 
            5．外壳：外壳保持内部组件的形状和使电池能和笔记本电脑紧密结合，接口负责连接电池和主机，一般采用工程塑料，通常采用超声波进行焊接。
