Some changes done in fenice-ng interested also the trunk:
- sock_ntop_host function added and used somewhere...
- sockaddr_storage checked in configure and used.

Fixed a little bug in RTCP scheduling.
Sending RTCP packets is moved in the same thread where they are created to avoid
concatenation of different RTCP pkts before send them.

Added fenice logger. Possible solution are:

1)stderr with -v option (see fenice --help)
2)default log file (see configure --help)
3)log_file="<your_log_file" in your fenice.conf
4)if no -v option presents and it's impossile to write the selected log file then fenice uses syslogd with daemon.log. If it is impossible to use syslog system then stderr is used. 

please use:

fnc_log(int level, const char *fmt, ...)	/*fprintf style*/

where possible levels are (for now):

Some bugs fixed.
Note: Fenice is also compatible with winamp+in_rtp.dll.
You can dowload in_rtp.dll from: http://www.live.com/multikit/windows/in_rtp.dll
and add it in your winamp plugin directory (usually "C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins").
So,i using winamp, winzoz user can listen mp3 streamed from Fenice.

Bufferpool writing procedure changed:
now even if a slot is requested with OMSbuff_getslot the writer position inside
buffer queue is not yet updated and, at the end of operations with requested
slot, OMSbuff_write MUST be called for committing written slot.
The OMSbuff_write understands that the slot was previously requested and do not
get a new one, it just upgrade the slot paramenters and buffer writer position,
refs and seq.

Full mpeg 4 video es support added. A complete parser was written and so all profiles are suppoted.
dump_payload.c is used ONLY for STRONG debug (see mediainfo/get_frame.c).
