Imported into the MAT CVS repository by deleting the binary (classicladder)
and executing the following command within the classicladder directory:

    cvs -d [e-mail]:/cvsroot/mat \
      import logic/classicladder classicladder classicladder_0_2_8

Further versions should be imported the same way, except that the last word
of the command should be updated to reflect the version. Any changes should
then be merged in (see CVS documentation; the import command will prompt)
and note should be made in this file so we know what's going on.

Imported version 0.3b with the tag classicladder_0_3b
There were no conflicts. 
The files monostables.csv, rung_example_0.csv, rung_example_1.csv,
rung_example_2.csv and timers.csv no longer exist upstream and have been
deleted (they were moved to a subdirectory upstream, which was imported).
