附录 A. rfc 元素
"<rfc>" 标签在文件的开始处,它有一个 "ipr"属性 (2.2.7.1章), 产生一个Internet草案.然而,
当RFC编辑器在标签内添加了其他属性时,就产生了一篇RFC,如:
