附录 A.  rfc 元素

   "<rfc>" 标签在文件的开始处,它有一个 "ipr"属性 (2.2.7.1章), 产生一个Internet草案.然而,
当RFC编辑器在标签内添加了其他属性时,就产生了一篇RFC,如:

            obsoletes="2000, 1920, 1880, 1800, ..."
            category="std"
            seriesNo="1">

    最起码, "number"属性是应该有的.

    其他的属性有:

   o  "obsoletes", RFC 数用豆号分开,文档陈旧;
