        "delete variables"

        Variables can be deleted using the command "vardel".

        "vardel" displays the following message:
                Abort with CTRL/D
                variables:

        If you type 'CTRL/D' now, no variable is deleted.

        Delete variables by entering their names. 
        You may use the wildcard '*'.

        Use the '?'-commands to get a list of your variables.

        Remark: The system variable '@' cannot be deleted.

        Deleting variables is not possible in sequences and loops.
