Extended SCM MATLAB implementation
Release notes, Aug. 30, 2006

This file documents changes to compared to SCM-30-09-2004 (first SCME implementation) and the public SCM. 

Changes implemented (JSa/April 18, 2005):

- TDL values (AoAs, AoDs, delays, powers) checked to comply with (Baum et al, 2005). 
- The midpath powers and delays for the IntraClusterDsUsed option checked to comply with (Baum et al, 2005).
- Shadow fading inter-site correlation corrected, linkpar.BsNumber renamed to linkpar.MsNumber. Implementation is now identical with the public SCM (http://www.tkk.fi/Units/Radio/scm/).
- Power normalization with the polarization option corrected. Implementation is now identical with the public SCM with scmpar.XpdIndependentPower='no' (the 'yes' option not supported). ANSI-C file scm_mex_core.c updated.

- Path-loss and standard deviation formulas for 'AlternativePathloss' added
- In the case of LOS in suburban or urban macro, urban micro LOS formula is used and there is a warning saying that
- K-factor formula for the urban macro case is now the same as for suburban macro case
