QNX Source Code Agreement

The software in this package ("Source Code") is offered
to you by QNX Software Systems Ltd. ("QSSL") for use
under the terms and conditions of one or more of the QNX
Open Community License ("OCL"), QNX Community License
("QCL") and QNX Confidential Source License ("CSL")(collectively
the "Source Licenses"), as identified in individual Source
Code file headers.  The Source Code may also contain or
refer to additional pass-through third party license
terms (e.g., BSD). Further information about the OCL,
QCL and CSL, including the agreements themselves, can be
found at http://licensing.qnx.com.

Your license from QSSL to use the Source Code is provided
under the Source Licenses. If a file header does not
contain a reference to a Source License, then you have
the right to view that Source Code but not to further
copy, modify or distribute it in any form without further
written authorization from QSSL. The use of any binaries
or documentation in this package is governed by the terms
of the end user license agreement (EULA) that you agreed
to when you installed the QNX operating system components
with which the binaries run. EULA terms can also be found
at http://licensing.qnx.com.

You should note that Source Code licensed under the CSL
has not been published and is therefore licensed as
confidential code. Beta releases of CSL-licensed Source
Code may be provided for free, but most commercial releases
(including beta-to-commercial updates) require pre-payment
of a commercial license fee. See
