<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 屏幕上出现“文件新建数据库”的对话框，提示应该给建立的数据库文件取个什么名字，并且将它保存在计算机的哪个目录下。在“文件名”右边的文本框中输入数据库的名字，然后单击左上角“保存位置”右面的下拉框，在下拉列表中选择存放这个数据库文件的目录。</span></p>

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 为了学习的方便，我建立一个子目录“例子”，并把课程中将要用到的数据库文件都存放在这个目录中。现在将正在建立的数据库文件取名为“向导形数据库”，并选择保存类型为“MICROSOFT
Access 数据库”，即将它保存为一个Access数据库文件。在完成了这些工作后单击窗口右下角的“创建”按钮，创建新数据库这一步就完成了。</span></p>
