Closing this bug.

------- Additional Comment #11 From Melody Lee 2005-07-18 11:46 -------
I could create as many new partitions on an IDE Hard Disk as I want, and the
last patition was with the option "use all available disk".

1. Boot up windows CE wiht the prebuild image, Scoppius 1.0.001 EDB9315Ship.
2. Go to Control Panel--> Storage Manager.
3. Select IDE Hard drive from List box.
4. Delete the existing partition.
No partition should be on the IDE HDD after this step.
5. Press "New" to create a new partition.
6. disable "use all available disk space" option.
7. Set partition name to "part?" and size to "?0000".
    Where x could be 1, 2, 3...etc.
8. Press OK. A new partition was created.
9. Repeat Step 5 to Step 8 several times for additional partitions.
10. Press "New" to create the last new partition.
11. Default "use all available disk space" option is enabled. Now only set
name to "partX" then press OK.

------- Additional Comment #12 From Melody Lee 2005-07-18 12:25 -------
In Storage Manger, if the partition name with *, it means the partition is
mounted. To format or detele the partition, we must dismount it first.
highlight the partition -> Properties -> Dismount.
When the partition is dismounted, the sign, *, doesn't exist in the partition
name. Then, we can format or delete the partition.

To use a partition as a directory of the file system, the patition must be
mounted. To mount a partition, highlight the partition -> Properties -> Mount.

------- Additional Comment #1 From Braden.Wei 2005-07-19 21:26 -------
For a CDROM device is ordinary that it can't read some sectors.

Both the codes and device do the same thing when reading anywhere on the disk,
the only difference is that the disk is dirty or the sector is bad.

so it can't and won't be fixed.

I tested another disk, also failed.
