This directory contains various utilities for manipulating ASM models
and images.  Probably the most important are "marki" (for creating
shape files such as 68.shape by landmarking and tagging images) and
"makeShapeIndexFile" (for creating an index file such as 84.index from
a shape file such as 84.shape)

Note that marki writes to the registry (to store page layout etc. information).
