<P>You begin Week 1 by learning about the R/3 environment, including Basis, logon
clients, the ABAP/4 Development Workbench, and the Data Dictionary. Within the dictionary,
you create transparent tables using data elements and domains, add foreign keys to
validate input, and create secondary indexes or buffering to speed up data access.
You also learn how to create F1 and F4 help for the user, begin to write simple ABAP/4
programs, and become familiar with the ABAP/4 editor.
