Sources for TinySchema documentation.  Requires a working installation of elatex
(latex2e).  To build the documentation, type:

make

If you have latex2html installed, you can also built an html version
of the documentation by typing:

make tinyschema.html

The postscript documentation is written to tinyschema.ps. The html documentation
is written to tinyschema/index.html.
