<p><b>系统管理：</b><br>
共分为以下模块：公告管理、新闻管理、数据清理、聚会管理、通讯录管理、相册管理、广播管理、寻人管理、邀请管理、消息管理、用户管理。<br>
公告与新闻管理是管理员特有的功能，只有管理员可以发布、修改、删除新闻和公告。<br>
数据清理是为了减轻管理员在管理消息、邀请和论坛时的负担，因为这三个功能是用户使用最频繁的功能，数据量大，容易产生数据冗余。而且消息和邀请的管理会涉及到用户的隐私，所以特设次功能以方便管理。<br>
邀请与消息管理，管理用户所发送的邀请和消息，<font color="#0000FF">一般此功能不使用</font>，如果仅仅用做日常维护、数据冗余的处理完全可以用<font color="#0000FF">数据清理功能代替此两项功能</font>。并且在使用此功能时会有对话框提示。
<br>
通讯录管理功能仅包含对用户资料的查看。不能对用户的资料进行修改，对资料的修改由用户本人完成。<br>
用户管理可以添加、删除用户，对帐号进行修改，更改用户的权限。<br>
其它模块各自对应各自功能，仅限查看和删除（聚会管理、相册管理、广播管理、寻人管理）。</p>

查看投诉箱是管理员与用户联系的纽带，是得到用户反馈信息的方法。<br>
班级广播功能主要用来发送广播。<br>
下载相关是管理用户上传的软件。仅限对已存在的内容和文件进行删除。 </p>
