This file contains instructions for installing and running the "TD242LP Host Controller Driver", which was developed and is licensed for use with the TD242LP USB Controller from TransDimension, Inc.

The TD242LP Host Controller Driver is subject to the TRANSDIMENSION, INC. ("TDI") END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSDIMENSION SOFTWARE provided as part of this package ("EULA").  You must read and agree to the EULA before using the TD242LP Host Controller Driver.  By installing and running the TD242LP Host Controller Driver you agree to the terms and conditions of the EULA.

Installing and Running the TD242LP Host Controller Driver

After installing the td242.msi file, the user will find a TD242 component under the Catalog at "Third Party/Device Drivers/USB Host/USB Host Controllers/". Right click that component and select "Add to OS Design". 

The TD242 component now appears in the workspace/Project (/CEPC:x86/Device Drivers/USB Host/TD242). Go to the "Build OS" menu and select "Build and Sysgen". Please make sure option "Make Run-Time Image After Build" and option "Copy Files to Release Directory After Build" are selected. The TD242 Host Controller Driver should now be built and linked into the final run-time image.
