How to use the Vortex86 BSP

Vortex86 BSP is similar to the CEPC BSP provided with Platform-Builder when x86 CPU option is selected during the installation process.
Vortex86 BSP general usage is quite similar to the CEPC BSP.  Please review Platform-Builder help to learn CEPC BSP usage.  Vortex86 uses x86 CPU architecture.
General system behavior, memory, I/O peripherals are very similar to that of CEPC.
