Overview

The model implements an Ant-based routing algorithm proposed in following
paper:

G. Di Caro and M. Dorigo. AntNet: Distributed Stigmergetic Control for 
Communications Networks. Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research, 
9:317--365, 1998.

I have sent this algorithm to Gianni, one of the authors and he has looked 
at it and gave his feedback as well.
