Underline checkbox was removed, and its caption is used for underline
group box (with & removed). While it is ok for English, may be it is 
incorrect for other languages. Please verify (marked with {*}.
Caption for empty tab leader '(None)' is used for no underline.
I belive it is correct for all languages, but please verify.

New strings (marked with {*}):
subscript and superscript.
Besides, the scaling group-box in the font dialog much narrower.
The old title ("Horizonal scaling") cannot be placed any more.
In the most of languages, I removed "Horizonal". In other languages,
I added the comment: { * - too long
Please check, may be you can find more appropriate title.
