NATTERCHAT Version 1.1 Installation Notes

Extract the ZIP keeping file structures intact. Then if you need to move the access database, do this but change its location in the config.asp file

Make sure that the access database, whereever it is situated, has read, write and modify permissions.

The chat script is now ready to run, although there wont be any users, so you will need to register a user to test it.

More Options
In the admin utilities there are 2 setup options, these are for idle times and kickouts.
Idle time is the amount of time that is allowed to go past where the user is inactive until the user list displays the user as idle.
Kickout time is the amount of time that is allowed to go past where the user is inactive until the system will log them out.

Admin Features

This is not password protected, so you will probably want to change the file locations.
These features allow you to
	- View the users that are registered
	- View the active users at that moment
	- Delete the messages from the database (this speeds up, and reduces the size of the database)
	- Delete the private messages
	- Delete rooms (except the main one)
	- Modify rooms, i.e their names
	- Change the idle time and kickout times (as above)
