</STRONG><BR>
在过去许多年中，宾馆、饭店和酒店厨房的烟管、烟箱、吸尘罩、油烟净化器等大型厨房设备，因为被油污污染严重，又多在高处，清洗难度较大，所以常常被人们忽视清洗或不愿清洗，甚至有的人不知道它们可以清洗。但是，如果这些厨房设备长时间不清洗，不但会使油污肆溢，污染厨房，给厨师的工作带许多不便，而且由此带来的隐患也是巨大的，近年就有多家宾馆、饭店因厨房设备的油污太大，而引起了火灾。有的宾馆、饭店因为为了确保这些厨房设备的清洁，不得不对其进行更换，造成了巨大的浪费，提高了运营成本。<BR>
<BR>
我公司近年来专门针对宾馆、饭店、酒店的大型厨房设备培养专业技术人员专门从事此项工程的清洗，具有丰富的清洗经验。<STRONG><BR>
清洗工作程序 <BR>
<BR>
方法一、<BR>
</STRONG><BR>
采用高压射流加强力除油剂高压喷射清洗，对烟道进行除油处理后，再做保养，使油烟气流明显好转，并形成保护膜使油渍不易残留在表面。<BR>
<STRONG><BR>
方法二、</STRONG><BR>
１．拆卸清洗件：切断油烟机电源后把油烟机卸下，使用相应工具对其进行解体。<BR>
２．浸泡清洗件：利用一个较大的容器，里边放置拆下的部件再倒入强力除油剂进行浸泡。清洗液数量以能泡过所拆清洗件为准，将部件上的油污泡软，清洗件浸泡时间根据油污程度而定。 <BR>
３．刷洗污件：对清洗部件浸泡之前用铲刀等工具把较厚的油污给铲掉，把经过浸泡后的油污部件用铁刷、毛刷蘸清洗液进行反复清洗，通过刷洗就可以清洗干净。<BR>
油烟机组装后的试验 <BR>
把已经清洗合格的部件干燥后按原机结构逐件组装，其安装顺序同拆卸时相反。机内电线因清洗而切断的应分别接好，再用万用表测定是否正常。 然后接通电源调试 。</span><BR>
