Authors Note:
    Please see the note in Appendix C regarding the Freetype library.
It is required by the SDL_TTF library if you wish to statically link
any SDL_TTF programs. However, if you instead use dynamic linking, 
and use the SDL_TTF.DLL file instead, you don't need this library
at all. It is included here in order to comply with the LGPL licence.
