Introduction	2. DID Billing	3. Invoicing	4. Setup Your DID in A2Billing1. INTRODUCTION		Astersik2Billing provides an extensive functionality to handle the DID calls and its Billing.	You can Create the DID Groups in our A2Billing Admin Web Application. and Add DID to the Groups.	DID can be Assigned to Card to re-route the calls to a SIP/IAX Client. You can active or deactivate your DID's.2. DID BILLING		In the DID Billing A2Billing offer's 4 Powerful ways to carry out billing.		1. Fix per Month + Dialout Rate.	In this type of billing You have a Fix Recurring cost of for your DID. and You also have to pay per call you made.		2. Fix per Month	In this type of DID Billing you only have a fixed recurring cost for your DID for every month.	3. Only Dialout Rate	Only dial out charges apply on all out going did calls.	4. Free	There is no cost for all calls made through this did.3. INVOICING		A2Billing Provides DID Calls Billing information in a Separate section. you can Check the billing information for your any type of DID Billing.	you can view your DID Calls by the help of powerfull invoiving provided by Asterisk2Billing.		1. Client Side		At the Client Side you can view the DID billing Information in the invoices and call details in following 3 sections.	1.1) Unbilled Detail		1-1.1) Go to Inovoice Tab in the left menu		1.1.2) Click on the "Unbilled Details"		Here you will be able to view the DID Calls made in the current period.		1.2) Billed Detail		1.2.1) Go to Inovoice Tab in the left menu		1.2.2) Click on the "Billed Details"		Here you will be able to view the DID Calls made in the previous billed period. you can also go through all previous billed		periods.	1.3) Call Details		1.2.1) Go to Inovoice Tab in the left menu		1.2.2) Click on the "Call Details"		This page will by default show you DID Calls of today. You can also go through all DID Call history using Filter on		the top of page.			2. Admin Side		At the admin side you can view the DID Billing information in the 2 sections.		2.1) View Unbilled Invoices		2-1.1) Go to Billing Tab in the left menu		2.1.2) Click on the "View Unbilled Invoices"		This will lead you to the page which will show you all Cards, By using Action Column you can Click on the "DETAIL"		button that will take you to the details of the Invoice, and you can see the DID billing information in the DID Section.	2.2) View Billed Invoices			2-2.1) Go to Billing Tab in the left menu		2.2.2) Click on the "View Billed Invoices"		This will lead you to the page which will show you all Cards, By using Action column you can click on the "INVOICES"		and you will reach and page that will show you all billed invoices. and Clicking on the "DETAILS" and you can see the DID billing information in the DID Section.	4. SETUP YOUR DID IN A2BILLING		Admin Site:			4.1) DID GROUP					a) Expand the TAB "DID" in the Left Menu.			b) Click on the  TAB "Add DID Group" in the Left Menu.					This will lead you to a page that will help you to add the DID Group. DID Group offer you the Group of the		DID Numbers which you can selec for any Card.				To list you existing DID Groups you should:			a) Expand the TAB "DID" in the Left Menu.			b) Click on the  TAB "List DID Group" in the Left Menu.				4.2) DID			a) Expand the TAB "DID" in the Left Menu.			b) Click on the  TAB "Add DID" in the Left Menu.					This will lead you to a page that will help you to create new DID. DID can be assigned to a Card to re-route the 		calls. You have to provide the following information in this page.		Here you have to provide the following information.			a) DID: this is the DID Number that you want to use.			b) BILLING: Selec the billing type that you want to use. already explained above.			c) START DATE: When you want this DID to start working.			d) EXPIRY DATE: When this DID will be no more available for use.			e) GROUP: This is the DID Group in which you want to add this DID.			f) COUNTRY: This is the country in which this DID will be used.			g) ACTIVATED: if you want to make this DID Active then select YES otherwise NO.			h) FIXMONTHLYRATE: Fix monthly rate is the amount that you want to charge as recurring charges that will be 			   included along with call rates.			   		To list the all DID that you have already created please do the following steps.			a) Expand the TAB "DID" in the Left Menu.			b) Click on the  TAB "List DID" in the Left Menu.		 				4.3) DESTINATION			a) Expand the TAB "DID" in the Left Menu.			b) Click on the  TAB "Add Destination" in the Left Menu.							By clicking on the "Add Destination" you will reach to the page which will help you to assign a Destination to		you did. and select a Card to associate with that Destination.		You are require to fill the information in the form to create your Destination.			a) DESTINATION: Enter your phone number that you wish to call, e.g 3748949999 or SIP/jeremy@124.126.45.3. if			   the call is the VoIP call VOIP_CALL must be set to YES.			b) ID CARD: Enter/Select the CARD ID which you want to bind with this Destination.			c) DID: Select your DID for this Destination.			d) ACTIVATED: To make this Destination Active please select YES otherwise NO.			e) PRIORITY: Select the priority of this call. 1 is Highest priority and 5 is Lowest.			f) VOIP_CALL: if you have enterd a SIP Destination. then you must select this to YES as this will be need a VoIP call.			Client Site:		Client Web Interface help the users to manage their DID's. They can perform following functionalites.		a) Add Destination to their DID's.		b) Request for DID's.		c) Release the DID's.			To access the client side DID's Page.		a) Login to Client Site		b) Click on the TAB "DID" in Left Menu.
