The install procedure "setup_9X.inf" or "setup_NT.inf"
placed the proper files in their directories.

For Win95/98/ME:
a) TVicPort.vxd, TVicPort.ocx, TVicPort.dll in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
For Win2000/XP:
b) TVicPort.ocx, TVicPort.dll in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM and
   TVicPort.sys in \WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS
